South Central Railway General Manager inspected the Secunderabad Divisional Headquarters at Sanchalan Bhavan on Tuesday to review operational preparedness following the recent railway zone reorganization.
During the inspection, he reviewed the newly commissioned Section Control Boards set up to monitor train operations in the Wadi–Raichur and Pagidipalli–Vishnupuram–Janpahad sections, which have been brought under the jurisdiction of Secunderabad Division after the formation of the new zone.
He emphasized close coordination and continuous monitoring to ensure safe, efficient and punctual train operations. The General Manager also inspected the Traction Power Control Room and Telecom Test Room, reviewing arrangements made to support seamless train operations and communication systems across the expanded network.
Later, he participated in the Staff Orientation and New Administrative Realignment programme and interacted with supervisors, staff and officers from the newly integrated sections, assuring full support during the transition process and encouraging employees to view the reorganization as an opportunity for professional growth.
