The Hyderabad Cricket Association has stepped up preparations for the fourth T20I between India and the West Indies, scheduled for 14 October at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal.
Addressing a press conference at the stadium on Friday, HCA secretary M. Jeevan Reddy, sports person Shashi Narayan and CEO Imtiaz Khan outlined the match-day arrangements. Around 34,000 tickets have been made available, with 12,000 sold so far. Prices range from ₹750 to ₹20,000, while 2,500 school students will receive free entry. Two new pitches have been prepared, and parking is being arranged for around 4,500 vehicles. The HCA is also coordinating with police and civic authorities on security, trafficmanagement, medical support and sanitation. In partnership with Apollo Hospitals, emergency medical services will be available. Eco-friendly measures, including reduced plastic use and waste segregation, will support the Clean Cricket Initiative. Fans have been urged to arrive at least two hours early and use the Metro to avoid traffic congestion.
