New Telangana DGP C. V. Anand meets Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Lok Bhavan, discusses law and order measures and policing strategies

 In a significant administrative development, newly appointed Director General of Police (DGP) of Telangana, C. V. Anand, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Lok Bhavan on Saturday

. During the meeting, Mr. Anand presented a bouquet to the Governor as a mark of respect. The Governor congratulated the senior police officer on assuming charge as the head of the state police force and extended his best wishes for his tenure.

The interaction, though brief, focused on key law and order aspects in the state. Mr. Anand apprised the Governor of the ongoing measures and strategies being implemented by the police department to ensure public safety and maintain peace across Telangana.

Sources indicate that the discussion also touched upon strengthening policing systems, enhancing coordination among departments, and adopting modern technologies to tackle emerging security challenges.
