Tehran, June 13:
Iranās Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has confirmed that a 14-point Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States is approaching completion, though it has not yet been signed.Ā
Araghchi said the negotiation process has entered its final phase after a series of discussions aimed at narrowing key differences between both sides.Ā
āWe set in motion a process that is now drawing close to its end. The result is a fourteen-point memorandum of understanding⦠it has not yet been signed, and until the very last moment things may still shift,ā he stated.
He further noted that the agreement remains subject to last-minute adjustments, indicating that some issues are still under review before final approval.
Once the MoU is finalized, Araghchi said he will present a detailed explanation of all fourteen points to the public, underlining transparency in the process.
Ā Diplomatic sources suggest that while progress has been made, both parties continue to deliberate on sensitive aspects of the deal as negotiations reach a critical stage.
