Hyderabad E-Champions Crowned Inaugural TG20 Champions with Six-Wicket Final Win

Hyderabad E-Champions lifted the inaugural TG20 title after a dominant six-wicket win, capping off a brilliant campaign in style.

Hyderabad E-Champions lifted the inaugural Sreenidhi University TG20 Trophy after a convincing six-wicket victory over Anvita Khammam Aces in the final at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium.

The E-Champions produced a clinical all-round display, restricting the Aces to 157/8 before chasing down the target in 17.3 overs. Skipper Abhirath Reddy led from the front with a brisk 48, while Vaishnav Reddy remained unbeaten on 41 to steer his side to a memorable title win. Earlier, left-arm spinner Yashveer Goud starred with the ball, claiming 3/17, while Dev Mehta, Shanmukha Ashwin, and Ajay Dev Goud chipped in with key wickets to keep the Aces in check. Despite a fighting 65 from Mickil Jaiswal, the Aces fell short.

Yashveer Goud was named Player of the Match for his match-winning spell, as the E-Champions capped off an outstanding tournament by becoming the first-ever TG20 champions.
