A vibrant Kuchipudi recital by disciples of noted dancer Smt. Gouthami captivated audiences at Uppal Mini Shilparamam as part of the cultural programmes being held alongside the Handloom Expo 2026. The artistes showcased their classical finesse through a graceful line-up of performances, including Mahaganapatim, Pushpanjali, Shivashtakam, Lakshmi Stotram, Bho Shambho, Adivo Alladigo, Ambashtakam, Endaro Mahanubhavulu, Ashtapadi and Dhanashree Tillana. Gouthami’s disciples Gouthami, Shwetha, Sirisha, Manojna, Meghana, Haripriya, Vamsipriya, Ashritha and Vennela, among others, impressed the gathering with their elegant movements, expressive abhinaya and polished choreography. The performance added a lively cultural touch to the Handloom Expo, drawing appreciation from visitors and highlighting the rich tradition of Indian classical dance.
