Uppal MLA B. Lakshma Reddy Meets Health Minister, Seeks More Basti Dawakhanas

Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy paid a courtesy visit to Telangana Health Minister C. Damodar Rajanarasimha and submitted a representation seeking the establishment of additional Basti Dawakhanas across the Uppal Assembly constituency. The MLA urged the Minister to set up the neighbourhood health centres in several colonies to improve access to quality healthcare for poor and middle-class families. He said the proposed Basti Dawakhanas would provide free medical check-ups, primary treatment and essential medicines, ensuring timely and affordable healthcare closer to people's homes. Receiving the representation, Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha assured the MLA that the proposal would be examined positively and that necessary steps would be taken. He reiterated the Telangana Government's commitment to strengthening public healthcare and ensuring quality medical services reach every section of society.
