 Mandadi Suresh Reddy has officially assumed charge as the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) of Uppal. He succeeds Ravinder Goud, who had been overseeing the office as the in-charge RTO. Following his appointment, Suresh Reddy reaffirmed his commitment to delivering efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric services. He stated that residents within the Uppal RTO jurisdiction can directly approach him with their grievances, suggestions, and service-related concerns. Highlighting the importance of transparency in public service delivery, he advised citizens to avail themselves of RTO services through the designated official counters and refrain from engaging intermediaries or unauthorized agents. The newly appointed officer was welcomed by the staff of the Uppal RTO office. Addressing employees, Suresh Reddy emphasized teamwork, professionalism, and accountability, urging officials to ensure that every visitor receives timely assistance without inconvenience. He further made it clear that negligence, misconduct, or failure to discharge duties responsibly would not be tolerated and that appropriate action would be taken against those found violating departmental standards. Suresh Reddy expressed confidence that, with the cooperation of staff and a strong focus on public service, the Uppal RTO office will continue to enhance service quality and strengthen public trust.
