Los Angeles: Michael B. Jordan has welcomed David Jonsson's arrival as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's new Black Panther, calling the casting an exciting step for the franchise

. Jordan, who played Erik Killmonger in the Black Panther films, said he is eager to see Jonsson take on the iconic role and believes the future of Wakanda is in good hands.

 David Jonsson has been announced as the actor set to portray the next generation of Black Panther, taking forward the legacy of T'Challa in the MCU. The announcement has generated widespread excitement among Marvel fans.
