The Executive Officer, Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, stated that devotees wishing to obtain accommodation reservations, special services, and darshan tickets at the Sri Shailam temple should register only through the official websites of the State Endowments Department or the temple.
He mentioned that the government has made the "Manamitra" WhatsApp number 9552300009 available to facilitate public services. Through this WhatsApp governance, devotees can obtain temple darshan tickets, special services, prasad tickets, and make donations. He explained that this system offers various types of special services at the Sri Shailam temple, including touch darshan, quick darshan, and super quick darshan tickets, along with 17 types of special services such as garbhala abhishekam, kumkumarchana, rudrahomam, mahamrityunjaya homam, chandi homam, kalyanotsavam, annaprasana, aksharabhyasam, and others.
Devotees are advised to use only the official websites www.aptemples.ap.gov.in and www.srisailadevasthanam.org for accommodation reservations and all service tickets. He warned that no one should ask for cash payments to personal accounts via PhonePe or Google Pay, and if such requests are made, it should be recognized as a cyber fraud.
Executive Officer also advised against trusting fake websites. Additionally, he informed that kiosk machines have been set up at 8 locations within the temple premises, and more will be established soon.
