The Executive Officer of the Indrakeeladri Sri Kanakadurga Temple, V.K. Sheena Naik, announced that measures are being taken to implement a fully cashless (100% Cashless) system to provide fast and transparent services to devotees.

In accordance with the state government's directives, he revealed that digital services are being made widely available to prevent devotees from waiting in queues for extended periods. On this occasion, the EO held a review meeting with officials from the temple's engineering, IT, counters, and security departments on Friday, and subsequently inspected the arrangements on-site. He interacted with devotees who booked tickets via WhatsApp and gathered their feedback. He mentioned that through WhatsApp governance, devotees can easily obtain darshan tickets, service tickets, laddu prasad tickets, hair cutting tickets, and other services through digital payments on their mobile phones.

The EO instructed that special help desks be set up at the 'Om' turning near Sri Kanakadurga Nagar and Ghat Road to raise awareness among devotees regarding online and WhatsApp services. He suggested that the IT department provide technical facilities such as high-speed internet, QR code stands, and computer systems at these desks. He directed that appropriate staff be assigned in shifts to provide courteous services to devotees. This program was attended by the temple's Executive Engineer L. Ramadevi, IT specialists, superintendents of counters, and other officials.
