Indrakeeladri Sri Durgamalleswara Swamy Temple EO V.K. Sheena Naik conducted surprise inspections within the temple premises from early Saturday morning.
He personally examined the safety of devotees, facilities, cleanliness, quality of food offerings, and the implementation of temple regulations. Expressing anger over the use of mobile phones in the Rajagopuram courtyard, the EO warned that strict actions would be taken if the rules were violated.
He also clarified that shop licenses would be revoked if items were sold at inflated prices in the shopping complex. After inspecting various sections including the food offering building, first aid center, drinking water, restrooms, and information center, the EO instructed officials to provide services to devotees transparently and without any inconvenience.
