The Executive Officer V.K. Sheena Nayak conducted a review on the facilities for devotees, cleanliness, and the development of basic amenities at Indrakeeladri. Along with the temple chairman Borra Radhakrishna, he held a meeting on Friday with officials from engineering, sanitation, and other key departments on the fourth floor of the Maha Mandapam, where several important decisions were made.

As part of the review, the EO instructed that the temple surroundings, including the Durga Ghat bathing ghat, Kanakadurga Nagar, Ghat Road, and Maha Mandapam, should always be kept clean. He warned that strict action would be taken against officials who neglect cleanliness. It was decided to undertake road strengthening works from the Ghat Road toll gate to the 'Om' turning. Due to these works, there is a possibility that the Ghat Road may be closed for a few days; therefore, it was suggested to develop alternative basic facilities in Kanakadurga Nagar to avoid inconvenience to devotees. The EO clarified that engineering officials should not be limited to their offices but should be present on-site to supervise the work. He advised that AEs and DEs should work in coordination to ensure that technical issues do not arise. He directed that the quality of the food provided to devotees should be further improved, ensuring that it is both clean and tasty. Keeping the summer season in mind, he suggested providing continuous drinking water facilities for devotees in the temple surroundings. The EO Sheena Nayak instructed that all department officials and staff should work in coordination with the main goal of providing better services and facilities to the devotees coming to Indrakeeladri. Various department assistant executive officers, engineering officials, and other staff participated in this meeting.
